Mentored by both his father, the renowned boxer Chris Eubank and trainer Ronnie Davis, who also coached Chris Eubank, Eubanmk Jr. achieved a record of 18-0 with 13 knockouts to his name during his first three years as a professional boxer.
As a professional boxer Eubank Jr. began competing in the middleweight class, he transitioned to super-middleweight during 2016-2019, before making a return to the middleweight within which he has since boxed.
Since returning to box as a middleweight Chris Eubank Junior has been victorious in all four of his bouts. His first fight against Matt Korobov awarded Eubank the WBA Interim Middleweight title by total knockout and he has since defended his title with one corner retirement from his opponent and two wins by unanimous decision.
Eubank Junior is now due to face Conor Benn on October 8th 2022 at the O2 Arena in London. The fight is highly anticipated due to the famed rivalry between both boxers’ fathers which began 32 years ago, with Benn and Eubank Jr. now preparing to resume the feud.
Conor Benn is the current WBA Continental Welterweight Champion and Eubank Jr. the WBA Interim Middleweight Champion, however Benn will be climbing two weight divisions to compete against Eubank. Eubank Jr. has a clear size advantage over his rival, standing at 5”11 over Benn’s 5”8, but Benn is not to be underestimated having been undefeated in all 21 of his professional fights. This is a boxing match that has decades of history behind it, and will no doubt be one that leaves its own mark on the boxing world. It is not to be missed, secure your tickets with Zenseats.
