Sales Terms and Conditions

Our goal is to make your search and purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible. These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Sales Terms") govern your use of Zenseats.com, our mobile application, purchases through our customer call centre and your purchase of any product from Zenseats.com, or any other Zenseats subdomain (“Zenseats”).
By using or visiting this site or purchasing tickets in any manner from the Zenseats Marketplace, you expressly agree to abide and be bound by these Sales Terms, as well as all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, then you may only use this site or our customer call centre in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
Below you will find the full Sales Terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to, the specific items below that we are highlighting for you:
- All orders placed on Zenseats.com, or on any subdomains or our customer call centre must be confirmed by the respective seller before the Buyer Guarantee takes effect.
- Ticket prices may be above "face value" listed on the ticket (they may also be below "face value").
- Confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets if the original tickets are no longer available. Zenseats reserves the right to determine what qualifies as an upgrade.
- If, for reasons of maintaining social distancing or other safety reasons related to the covid19 pandemic or any other pandemic, venue security or other personnel relocate you to a location within the venue that is different from the seating location that you had purchased from us, or deny you access to an event for any reason, such relocation or denial of access will not qualify you for a refund or other compensation.
- All sales are final; save as to reasons specifically mentioned herein, there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
- If an event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (including delivery charges, less possible restocking fees), or a credit for use on a future purchase, as determined at our sole discretion (this may vary by jurisdiction). If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund or other compensation.
The Marketplace
Zenseats acts as a ticket marketplace. This means that we are an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, allowing ticket buyers to find tickets for all their favourite live events. It also means that Zenseats is not the ticket seller and the listed tickets are not listed by Zenseats on behalf of any venue, promoter, team, league or organising group. Zenseats does not represent any official organiser of the events listed and is not suggesting any endorsement by or association with such official organisers or any venues, events, teams, leagues, performers or attractions. Zenseats marketplace is open to the exchange of any tickets for which there is a market, and that do not violate Zenseats policies.
Ticket Listings
Buyers may search Zenseats, for a specific artist or team, event date or another search category. Each listing contains the event name, date, seat location, and price per ticket. Please note, the ticket price may be higher or lower than the “face value” that appears on the ticket. The “notes” section of the listing, if present, highlights special characteristics of the tickets contained in the listing. Because you will have an opportunity to look at the tickets available for a particular event and determine which tickets to purchase, it is your responsibility to confirm any relevant details by contacting Zenseats. Ticket Listings do not purport to state the type of ticket and delivery method is not indicative of whether or not a ticket is hard stock or a PDF or any other ticket format. Zenseats does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by sellers on the Zenseats Marketplace. Zenseats will not be held responsible for unforeseen changes in the format of purchased tickets that may occur from time to time.
Selecting and Purchasing Tickets
Once you identify the tickets you would like to purchase and select them, you will be directed through the checkout process where you will enter your name, and address and provide payment information.
You will also be able to review the ticket details, total order price, and service and delivery fees. The total order value will include a service and delivery fee that is added by Zenseats to the price of the tickets set by the seller. The service and delivery fees cover the costs of company operations, including connecting buyers to sellers with premium inventory to listed events, premium customer service, website improvements, and safe and secure checkout and delivery of ordered tickets. Zenseats will not be held responsible for unforeseen changes in the format of purchased tickets that may occur from time to time.
By placing an order, you authorise Zenseats to charge your method of payment for the total order amount. Your order is then sent to the seller for confirmation. The seller will confirm the tickets are still available and you will receive a notification that the tickets will be delivered. If you do not receive notification of ticket delivery, contact us at support@zenseats.com for assistance. Upon seller confirmation, your method of payment will be charged.
Ticket Availability
All orders are subject to ticket availability. Zenseats will use commercially reasonable efforts to procure and timely deliver the exact tickets ordered. If those tickets are no longer available, Zenseats reserves the right to replace tickets with comparable or upgraded tickets, at Zenseats sole, reasonable option.
Categories/Zone Seating
FFor certain live events, a limited number of pre-approved sellers may offer tickets for sale without providing specific seat details at the time of listing. These tickets are labeled as "Zone Seating." When purchasing zone seating tickets, the seller commits to providing the described tickets upon receiving your order. These tickets, like all tickets sold on the site, are backed by Zenseats 100% Buyer Guarantee. Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee that your tickets will be within the listed zone or section, or a comparable one, and that you will receive them in time for the event. In cases where an order exceeds four tickets, they may be split into different rows within the requested zone or section.
Payment
Regarding payment, by placing your order, you authorize Zenseats to charge your payment method for the total amount, including the ticket price and service and delivery fees. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. You agree not to attempt any actions to evade or circumvent refund policies, including seeking a chargeback for purchased tickets. In the event of a dispute over a charge and a determination that the charge was valid and not a result of fraud, Zenseats reserves the right to seek payment, including associated fees, through appropriate means, such as collection agencies and legal proceedings. Zenseats may also refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from accounts associated with chargebacks and may prohibit individuals involved from using the site. Additionally, Zenseats may relist and sell tickets that are the subject of payment disputes to mitigate damages.
While Zenseats makes efforts to prevent pricing errors, occasional errors may occur due to the large volume of tickets listed on the Zenseats Marketplace. In such cases, Zenseats will not be liable for the error. However, if a ticket is affected by a pricing error, Zenseats may offer the tickets to you at the corrected price. If the corrected price is not acceptable, you will have the option to cancel your order.
Delivery of Tickets
Tickets may be delivered via Instant Download or Email, for the charge stated during the checkout process.
- Instant Download – Within a few minutes of placing the order or 72 hours before the event start.
- E-tickets – Within a few minutes of placing your order or 72 hours before the event start.
Ticket Holder Behavior Policy
All individuals attending live events are required to adhere to the rules and policies set by the venue, promoter, and any other responsible parties. Failure to comply with these rules and policies may result in consequences for you, the seller, and/or the original ticket holder. If you or anyone using a ticket purchased from Zenseats violates these rules and policies, you will be held accountable for any applicable fines, legal fees, or other expenses incurred as a result. If you are asked to leave the event or if you miss part of the event due to suspected or confirmed inappropriate behavior, you will not be eligible for a refund or any other form of compensation. Additionally, if a violation leads to the loss of the seller's season ticket rights or their ability to use other tickets at the venue, or their right to purchase tickets from that venue, you will be responsible for all reasonable costs, expenses, and losses associated with that loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect, vicarious, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
All Sales are Final
No compensation will be provided unless the event is canceled or valid tickets are not delivered in a timely manner. This policy is necessary due to our role as a live marketplace. Once a purchase is confirmed, the seller removes the corresponding tickets from their inventory. Market prices also fluctuate frequently, and just as sellers are not allowed to refuse to confirm an order in anticipation of price increases, buyers are not permitted to return or cancel tickets due to price decreases. However, if a buyer decides not to attend the event after purchase, they may sell the tickets on the Zenseats Marketplace subject to certain restrictions. If Zenseats fails to deliver a contracted ticket on time for the event, Zenseats only obligation will be to compensate the buyer for any payments made under the agreement. Zenseats reserves the right to cancel and refund a buyer's order at any time and for any reason.
Cancelled and Postponed Events - Refunds
In the case of a cancelled event, Zenseats will refund the purchase price (including delivery charges, minus possible restocking fees), or issue a credit equal to 120% of the purchase price (including delivery charges, minus possible restocking fees) for future use, as determined at Zenseats sole discretion (this may vary by jurisdiction). To qualify for compensation, the buyer must notify Zenseats of the cancellation no later than 48 hours after the announcement, at support@zenseats.com, and return their tickets to Zenseats within 2 weeks of receiving notice that the event has been deemed "Cancelled." Refunds or other compensation will not be provided without the original tickets, unless otherwise determined by Zenseats at its sole discretion. Zenseats will make the determination of event cancellation based on the best available information.
Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded or compensated. However, if a guest is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they can contact our customer service team at support@zenseats.com, to list their tickets on our site for resale with no fees. Please note that event dates, times, venues, and subjects may change. We may not always be notified if a show is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the event and confirm any changes with the venue or event organizer. In certain cases, the venue, promoter, or event organizer may require ticket holders to relocate seats or make changes to the seating arrangement beyond Zenseats control. Zenseats is not responsible for such changes and is not obligated to provide a refund or any other form of compensation. If an event organizer announces a seating or attendee capacity reduction greater than 15% due to social distancing or other safety reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic or similar occurrences, Zenseats reserves the right to cancel tickets for affected seating locations or consider the event as canceled entirely, at its sole discretion. In such cases, all outstanding orders for the event will be canceled, and the event will be reposted for sale with the adjusted capacity and known restrictions. Buyers whose tickets are canceled under this circumstance will receive compensation as described above.
Denial of Admission
If you encounter difficulties gaining admission to an event, immediately contact us at +357 94058877. If the issue is not resolved and you are denied entry, you must obtain proof from the venue confirming the denial and send it to Zenseats along with a statement describing the specific circumstances. Zenseats will provide you with a form to complete. Once we receive the evidence and form, an investigation will be conducted. We will review the proof provided and contact the seller. Except for denials of entry related to health or capacity concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, if Zenseats determines that you were indeed denied entry through no fault of your own, you will receive a full refund of the ticket cost, including all fees and shipping charges, as the sole remedy. If the investigation reveals that you did not attempt to use your tickets, you were granted entry, or your claim of denial is found to be false, you will not be refunded, and you may face the consequences described below. Please note that when attending an event, you may be required by the venue, event organizer, or their agent to sign a waiver or other legal document for access. By purchasing tickets from us, you acknowledge that failure to sign such a waiver may result in denial of entry, and Zenseats will not be held responsible. Due to the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, your tickets and admission to the event are subject to all safety and health policies of the venue and/or event organizer/promoter. You understand that these policies may continue to develop and update between your purchase and the event date. By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these policies, and your attendance at the event is contingent upon such compliance. If your admission is denied or revoked due to willful failure or refusal to comply with the safety and health policies of the venue and/or event organizer/promoter, or if you fail any required health screenings, you will not be eligible for compensation from Zenseats.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Please ensure that you keep your tickets in a secure place. Zenseats cannot be held responsible for lost tickets and will not provide compensation if you are unable to locate your tickets on your phone after they have been delivered to you. As previously mentioned, Zenseats is a marketplace and is not affiliated with any venue. Therefore, we are unable to generate tickets or issue replacements. It's important to note that certain types of tickets can be damaged by direct sunlight or heat. If requested, we may ask the seller to reissue your tickets. If you would like us to make this request on your behalf, a 15% charge of the order total (up to a maximum of €200) will be applied to your payment method for the reissuance of the tickets. If a reissue is not possible, you will be refunded the reissue fee.
Dispute Resolution Clause
In the event of any dispute arising between the parties in connection with these Sales Terms, the following dispute resolution process will be followed unless the parties agree otherwise in writing: (a) the parties must first attempt to resolve the dispute through collaborative negotiation, and (b) if the dispute cannot be resolved through collaborative negotiation within fifteen (15) calendar days of its occurrence, the parties may agree to submit the matter to mediation in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall be settled and determined by the Courts of Cyprus. In the case of a dispute, the buyer must provide written notice to Zenseats no later than 48 hours after the right to file a claim arises. The notice should be sent via email to Support@zenseat.com and include the buyer's full name, email address, mailing address, the name and contact information of the buyer's counsel if represented, and a brief description of the claim(s) and requested relief. The informal dispute resolution process should take place within thirty (30) days of receiving the written notice unless the parties agree to an extension. If the dispute remains unresolved, the claimant may initiate proceedings in the Cyprus Courts.

Authorization
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize your telecommunications service provider to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI), and any other subscriber status and device details available, solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and preventing fraud throughout the duration of our business relationship. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
Unlawful Activity; Acceptable Use
Zenseats strictly prohibits the use of its Marketplace, website, or mobile application for any unlawful activities. All users are required to adhere to local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. By using this platform, you agree not to provide false personal information or use invalid or unauthorized credit or debit cards. Furthermore, you agree not to utilize the information obtained through Zenseats for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. We are the sole authority in determining the intended and acceptable use of this platform. It is intended for individuals or companies who seek to buy or sell tickets for personal attendance at events and for no other purpose. If you are a venue, promoter, or any other entity responsible for event admission, you are not permitted to access our site or purchase tickets on behalf of (i) identifying available tickets or sellers, or (ii) revoking or voiding tickets offered by sellers on this site or penalizing sellers for offering tickets here.
Investigations and Consequences
Zenseats actively monitors compliance with these Sales Terms and investigates alleged violations and complaints against users. This includes any attempts to defraud or harm Zenseats or sellers on the Marketplace. You are obligated to cooperate fully in such investigations, which may involve providing the requested information. Following an investigation or for any other valid reason, Zenseats reserves the right to enforce consequences for violations of the Sales Terms, attempts to harm Zenseats and/or sellers, or failure to cooperate with an investigation. These consequences may include, but are not limited to:
- Cancelling paid or confirmed orders
- Issuing cautions
- Suspending or sacking your account
- Rejecting access to the Zenseats Marketplace
- Stalling or blocking upcoming transactions
- Initiating legal action, such as filing civil or criminal charges or seeking an injunction.
You acknowledge that monetary damages may not adequately compensate Zenseats for violations of these Sales Terms and that such violations may result in reputational harm, lost sales, and increased expenses that are difficult to quantify. Therefore, you consent to the possibility of injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Zenseats reserves the right to report any activity that it believes, in its sole discretion, may potentially violate local, state, federal, or international laws to appropriate law enforcement agencies or other relevant third parties.
Intellectual Property Ownership
The Zenseats Property, which includes the site, software, databases, trademarks, logos, service marks, proprietary information, and materials (along with any related intellectual property rights), is the exclusive property of Zenseats and will remain as such. Users of this site acknowledge that their usage does not grant them any ownership rights. Users are prohibited from using any Zenseats Property in connection with products or services not offered by Zenseats, in a manner that may cause confusion with Zenseats business, or in a way that discredits Zenseats. Without the express written permission of Zenseats, no license or right to use any Zenseats Property is granted. The Contents of the site, including content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, "look and feel," and all other Zenseats Property, are protected intellectual property under copyright, trademark, and other Intellectual Property Laws of Cyprus and/or other countries. Except for viewing the site online for lawful purposes and making personal copies of selected pages for personal use (not for distribution or posting on other sites), you may not download, print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, exploit, modify, rent, lease, loan, or create derivative works based on any Content. Violation of Intellectual Property Laws may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. Any downloaded materials are subject to a license for personal possession, and no ownership rights are transferred through downloading or copying, except for personal use. Zenseats respects the intellectual property rights of others and requests users to do the same. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, please provide our Copyright Agent with the necessary information as outlined in the provided rules.
Indemnification
You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Zenseats, its parent company, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, and their respective employees, consultants, agents, and representatives (referred to as "Indemnified Parties") from any claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), and other expenses that directly or indirectly arise from: (a) your violation of any of these Sales Terms; (b) any allegation that the information you submit or transmit on the site infringes or violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of a third party; (c) any tax obligations or amounts owed under tax regulations, laws, orders, or decrees, or any disputes regarding the tax status of Zenseats; and/or (d) your activities related to your use of this site.
The site, the materials on the site, and any ticket or service obtained through the site are provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Zenseats explicitly disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, regarding the site, the materials, and any tickets or services obtained through the site. This includes implied warranties of title, non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Zenseats does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the site, nor does it guarantee the correction of defects or the absence of viruses or other harmful components. You bear all responsibility and risk associated with your use of the site and your reliance on it. Zenseats is not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of any tax payments made on your behalf. Your use of the site and any materials provided through it is entirely at your own risk, and you should exercise caution and make informed judgments.
Limitation of liability: Neither Zenseats nor any other indemnified party will be held responsible or liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including loss of business or lost profits, under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory arising from or related to the site, the materials on the site, or any ticket or service obtained through the site (including attendance at any event). You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Zenseats and any other indemnified party have no liability or responsibility for (i) the actions of other users on the site; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the site, or attendance at an event, regardless of any claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, rights, or remedies, whether or not stemming from Zenseats negligence; (iii) unauthorized access; (iv) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site; (v) bugs, viruses, worms, defects, or other destructive items transmitted through the site by third parties; (vi) errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions in any materials, or any loss or damage incurred from the use of materials available through the site; and/or (vii) lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Your only recourse for dissatisfaction with the site is to discontinue its use. Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above restrictions may not apply to you. The maximum liability of Zenseats and any other indemnified party, and your sole and exclusive remedy for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited as stated above.
SHALL BE THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE OVER THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR (B) €200.YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NEITHER Zenseats NOR ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARE LIABLE, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO SEEK TO HOLD Zenseats AND THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES LIABLE, FOR THE CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING OPERATORS OF VENUES OR EVENT ORAGNISERS/PROMOTERS, AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM SUCH THIRD PARTIES, SITES AND LOCATIONS RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.'
Modification
Zenseats has the sole discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time, with or without prior notice.
Changes in Terms and Conditions
Zenseats reserves the right to change these Sales Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If any term or condition is modified, revised, or supplemented, it will be posted here and automatically replace the existing terms and conditions, becoming binding on all users of this site. By continuing to use the site after Zenseats has posted the revised terms and conditions, you are accepting the updated agreement.
Force Majeure
Zenseats will not be considered in default or liable under these Sales Terms if it is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, riots, wars, government regulations, transportation or communication failures, or any other similar causes.
Allocation of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and limitations of liability mentioned above are negotiated allocations of risk. The pricing and other terms and conditions of this agreement are based on this allocation of risk.
Additional Provisions
Your use of the site does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or any other type of relationship. These Sales Terms, the use of Zenseatseats.com and the mobile application, and any ticket purchases made here will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without considering conflict of law principles. These Sales Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications and agreements, whether oral, written, electronic, or implied. If any provision of these Sales Terms is found invalid or unenforceable in any situation, it will not affect its application in other circumstances, and the remaining provisions will still be valid. In such cases, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The headings at the beginning of each paragraph are for reference purposes only and do not define the scope or extent of the paragraph in no way defines the scope or extent of such paragraph.
