Compensation for cancelled events
We recognise that the current global climate brings with it an air of uncertainty surrounding future events, Zenseats aims to combat this by putting your mind at ease with its compensation plan for cancelled events.
If an event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund on the purchase price of your ticket, (delivery fees included!) or the option to use a credit of the purchase price +10% for another event of your choice.
Should an event be rescheduled, your ticket remains valid. However, if you can no longer attend then our committed service team will assist you in reselling your ticket on our platform.
