Why do my tickets have someone else’s name on them?
Zenseats facilitates the sale of tickets from third-party providers, including individuals, on its platform. In some instances, the original purchaser’s name may be printed on your tickets. These tickets are valid and it is not required for your name to match that on the ticket in order to gain entry to the event.
