Where will my seats be in the stadium?
Available details regarding your seat location are displayed both in the ticket listing and your email confirmation. Zenseats permits the sale of tickets from third-party sellers on its platform and shares all section and row information provided by the sellers with the platform users. We request that sellers provide as much information as possible when making their listing, however in some cases, the exact seat locations are not known by the seller as they have not yet received their ticket from the event organiser. Zenseats is only able to provide the information that the seller has shared in their listing regarding the seat location.
If you are concerned due to being unsure of the exact location of your seat, please remember:
- Our rules insist that sellers must provide seats in pairs as a minimum for any orders greater than one. We request that sellers ensure orders for groups larger than two are seated as close together as possible but this is not guaranteed.
- If a ticket is listed as “Unreserved Seating” this means there are no specific seats assigned and you can be seated anywhere within that section.
- “General Admissions” usually refers to standing tickets.
- We have an interactive map available on the event page that you can refer to which will give you an approximate idea of your location within the venue.
