When will I receive my tickets?
There is no need to worry if your tickets do not arrive immediately after purchasing them.
Event organisers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, and sometimes even just a few days prior. Rest assured that we are monitoring your order closely and you are also covered by our Buyer Guarantee.
If you have purchased paper tickets, you will be notified via email as soon as they have been sent so you will know when to expect them.
If you purchased e-tickets, you will receive an email notification once they are ready to download and print.
If you bought ‘Instant Download’ e-tickets, you can access them to download and print in the Purchases section shortly after payment confirmation.
You can always track the status of your ticket order in the Purchases section.
