What happens if an event is postponed/rescheduled?
Should an event be postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date and if there is enough time permitting, you may list your tickets for sale on our platform providing you have a registered seller account. If you do not have a registered seller account you can make a request to Zenseats to relist your tickets on our marketplace in an attempt to resell them on your behalf.
