What happens if an event is cancelled?
It is up to the sole discretion of Zenseats to determine that an event has been cancelled and will not occur at a later date. Once it has been confirmed that the event has been cancelled, we will contact you via email to provide you with the option for a credit note of 110% of the original cost of your order. Alternatively, you can receive a refund for the total cost of your order, including service fees, shipping and handling charges.
