My payment has been declined
Should your payment be declined and your order cancelled as a result, we suggest taking the following steps which will hopefully result in the successful processing of your payment:
- Try using an international credit card such as Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
- Ensure that you have entered the correct security code, also known as CVV2 or CVC2. For Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Electron the security code is the last 3 numbers on the back of your debit card. For American Express it is the 4 numbers on the front, right-hand side of your card.
- Check that you are using a valid debit or credit card that has a future expiry date and sufficient funds available to cover your order.
- Get in touch with your bank or credit card company to verify the authorisation of payment to Zenseats.
- Make payment via PayPal, this is a free service that allows you to pay online without sharing any personal financial information.
In the event that we are unable to process your payment within 30 minutes of the order being made, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel your request and you will not be charged.
