My order is ‘pending confirmation’ what does this mean?
When you initially place an order through the Zenseats platform, it is considered as pending while the seller ensures they can fulfil the order. The confirmation of your pending order can take a couple of hours if the event is on the same day, and may take up to 24 hours if the event is in the future.
If the seller is able to fulfil the order, you will be notified via email and your tickets will be sent to you prior to the event. On the rare occasion that the seller cannot fulfil your order, please do not worry we will contact you ASAP and you will not be charged.
