Can I cancel my tickets?
Once a purchase has been made your order is considered final and therefore it is not possible to cancel or exchange your tickets. If you no longer wish to use your purchased tickets and there is sufficient time prior to the event, we suggest that you relist your tickets through the “relist my tickets” section of your approved seller’s account. If you do not have an approved seller’s account, please get in touch with us via email and we would be happy to re-list them on our marketplace on your behalf in an attempt to secure a new buyer.
We do not charge any fees for relisting tickets originally purchased from us. Please note that tickets relisted by us on your behalf will be subject to the market forces of supply and demand. We cannot guarantee that we will find a new buyer nor that we will find a buyer prepared to pay your full initial purchase price.
Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets cannot be relisted however this is usually due to the event date being too soon to allow the secure delivery or upload to the buyer.
