Are my tickets guaranteed?
All purchases made across the Zenseats network are covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee that promises your tickets are valid, authentic and will be delivered to you with ample time prior to the event. If there are issues with your tickets we will strive to replace them with those of equal or greater value and should an event be cancelled, you will receive a full refund or a credit note for the value of the ticket +10%. If the event is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, or we can assist you in selling your ticket on our marketplace.
