Coldplay are one of Britain’s biggest, and most successful bands. Which goes some way to explain why they’ve extended the Music of the Spheres World Tour into 2023, with dates across Europe. But if you want to get your hands on Coldplay tickets, which venue should you be looking at. We’ve seen two British and two European venues that would be top of our list.
Manchester - Etihad Stadium (May/June 2023)

Nothing beats a stadium gig - tens of thousands of people singing and swaying and surging with the music. And Manchester’s Etihad Stadium has a good musical pedigree. It’s already hosted bands including Oasis, The Stone Roses and AC/DC, with fans commenting on how good the music sounds (especially compared to the terrible acoustics of Manchester’s other outdoor venue - Heaton Park).
Manchester’s also easy to get to. After buying your tickets to see Coldplay in Manchester you’ll find that getting to the stadium is simple thanks to Manchester’s Metrolink which connects to both train stations and the airport.
With four sold out nights to choose from, you’re guaranteed a party atmosphere before and after the gig.
Cardiff - Principality Stadium (June 2023)
Cardiff’s biggest venue has played host to every event you can think of. Gigs, rugby, football, WWE wrestling… But when the roof is closed and the stands are full, bands can put on one hell of a show. And Coldplay will be no different when they play two nights at the Principality Stadium in June.
